1. Pork and green onion stuffing
Ingredients: 800g of pork, 300g of scallion, 0/0g of refined salt/kloc-0, 4g of cooking wine/kloc-0, 4g of monosodium glutamate, 5g of chicken powder, 2g of thirteen spices, 30g of ginger, 30g of soy sauce, 0/5g of soy sauce/kloc-0, 220g of clear water and 40g of onion oil.
Production steps:
(1) Peel the pork, cut it into small pieces, and chop the onion and ginger for later use.
