Preparation materials: millet pepper, 1 kg garlic (whole), 2 slices of ginger cooking oil, appropriate amount of sugar, half a spoonful of salt, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons.
The preparation method of garlic Chili sauce is as follows:
1. First, wash and dry the millet pepper and put it into the pot, as shown in the figure below.
2. Then, wash and dry the garlic and ginger, and put them into the basin, as shown in the figure below.
3. Next, chop the millet pepper into the pot, as shown in the figure below.
4. Then, chop garlic and ginger and put them in the pot, as shown in the figure below.
5. Next, pour cooking oil into the cold pot, as shown in the figure below.
6. Then when the oil is 50% hot, add garlic and ginger, stir fry slowly with slow fire, stir fry, as shown below.
7. Next, stir fry slowly for about 3 minutes, then pour in the prepared Chili powder, stir fry evenly, and then stir fry slowly for 3 minutes, as shown in the figure below.
8. Then add half a spoonful of sugar, 1 spoonful of salt and 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce in turn, as shown below.
9. Next, stir well and cook for another 2 minutes, as shown in the figure below.
10. Finally, after cooking, put it in a bowl and cool it before canning, as shown in the following figure.
Precautions:
1. Wash pepper, garlic and ginger, then dry the water (be sure to dry it), wash the kitchen knife and chopping board, and then dry it.
2. The proportion of pepper, garlic and ginger can be determined according to personal preference, and then the pepper, garlic and ginger are chopped separately.
