Chicken breast 1 catty, 3 eggs, 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, a little bit of salt, a little bit of ketchup, 2 sheets of plastic wrap, a little bit of white pepper, a little bit of salt
Methods
(1) After you buy the breast, use a knife back or a hammer to make it more tender, and then put it in a bowl. Stir gently with the back of a knife or a meat mallet for 5 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. Chop the chicken breasts into fine dice with a knife and marinate in the marinade for 30 minutes to taste. (2) Divide the marinated chicken into two equal portions, wrap each portion in plastic wrap, and roll into long strips, turning the ends tightly (similar to candy wrapping, the shape of the chicken pieces can be varied according to your preference). Place in freezer for 1 hour, remove plastic wrap, and cut frozen chicken into 4cm pieces. (3) Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs in order. Heat oil to 7 minutes and deep-fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. (4) Serve with ketchup, pepper salt or barbecue sauce.
