Appropriate amount of dried mushrooms

ginger
Practice?
Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for more than 30 minutes. Shrimp shell, don't throw the shell and keep it for later use. Pick Chinese cabbage. Shred ginger. After the mushrooms are soaked, cut off the poles, put the poles and shrimp shells together, and then slice the mushrooms.
Take a deep wok (at least 70% of the water used for cooking noodles) and pour in a little oil.
When the pot is hot, add shrimp shells, mushroom stems and shredded ginger, and fry for a few minutes to taste. Add water. Bring the fire to a boil first, and then turn to medium heat for cooking.
After cooking, take another pot for cooking noodles, pour the soup in the wok, and add water according to the amount of ingredients. Boil.
After boiling, put the mushrooms in the pot, cook the mushrooms for a while, and then add the shrimp, cabbage and noodles. Shrimp is actually easier to cook than mushrooms.
Add some salt and soy sauce. Other seasonings such as pepper and Chili oil can be added according to personal preference.
Take the time to cook noodles according to your personal preference. Those who like soft batter can cook for a long time. When you feel almost done, get out of the pot. Add the right amount of sesame oil.
