Peanut bud is also rich in trace elements such as protein, potassium, calcium and iron. In other words, eating germinated peanuts has many benefits, so we can make it ourselves and taste it anytime and anywhere. Please see the specific production method.
1 Choosing peanuts suitable for germination to cultivate peanut bud does not mean that peanuts are enough. In order to ensure the germination quality, peanuts with uniform round particles and germination ability should be selected, preferably native peanuts, which are not suitable for old peanuts, moldy peanuts, covered peanuts, diseased peanuts, round peanuts and broken peanuts.
2 Soak to accelerate germination. Pour the selected peanuts into warm water of 40 degrees, and stir while soaking. When the temperature drops to the indoor temperature, stop stirring and soak for another hour. After taking out, accelerate germination. If you feel that there are many molds, you can pour the fished peanuts into 0. 1% potassium permanganate solution for soaking 1~2 hours, and then let potassium permanganate disinfect.
Potassium permanganate solution is often used. Potassium permanganate solution is an oxidant, which is harmless to the disinfection and sterilization of vegetables and fruits. After soaking peanuts in 0. 1% potassium permanganate water, peanuts have no adverse reactions. Potassium permanganate solution can't be changed after two hours.
After two hours, the bactericidal ability of potassium permanganate solution was basically gone, and it could not play a bactericidal role. Soak the peanuts in the potassium permanganate solution again, take them out and wash them with cold water again after they are completely absorbed and swollen, and remove the potassium permanganate solution on the surface, and then proceed to the next step.
Put the soaked peanuts in a bag with good air permeability and put them in the dark at 20 to 30 degrees to accelerate germination. Pour the filter bag in the morning and evening with warm water within 30 degrees every day. Generally, after 48 ~ 72 hours, there will be milky white buds exposed, although germination can be carried out.
It is best to accelerate germination at a constant temperature of 20 degrees. Choose tools with good air permeability and good water leakage as germination tools. Spread the bare white-headed peanuts evenly on the germination tool, and then cover them with opaque cloth to maintain good air permeability. Rinse with water four times a day, pay attention to maintaining sufficient air permeability, and control the constant temperature at about 20 degrees to accelerate germination. When the germination temperature exceeds 30 degrees, it is easy to rot, and it can be picked in about a week.
