Raw material:
Gelatine tablets 15 tablets, 600g of orange juice, 30g of fine sugar, 0/00g of vegetable whipped cream/kloc-0, 30g of orange wine, 30g of fruit preserves and a tapioca model.
Method: (1) Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften for later use.
(2) Add fine sugar to the orange juice and cook it to 80 degrees. When the fine sugar is completely dissolved, it can be turned off.
(3) Add the gelatine tablets soaked and drained by the method (1), mix well, pour them into the model while it is hot, and then move them into the refrigerator for cold storage and shaping after cooling.
(4) Beat the whipped cream, then add the orange wine and mix well for later use.
(5) Take the sweet orange jelly of the method (3) out of the refrigerator, squeeze a little fresh cream of the method (4) on it, and add some fruit preserves to make it a delicious dessert.
