Step two, cook the ribs. After buying the ribs, you can remove the excess lean meat, then put the ribs in a pot and boil them in water for 30 minutes. Go to the kitchen on the way, don't let the water boil dry. After cooking, pick up the ribs and put them on a plate.
Step three, marinate the ribs. After the ribs are boiled for 30 minutes, pour two spoonfuls of vinegar, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of soy sauce and half a spoonful of soy sauce into the plate (I mean two ribs). Half a spoonful of soy sauce, not too much. Then marinate for 20 minutes, during which you can turn the ribs over and let them taste.
The fourth step, the pot. After 20 minutes, pour a small amount of oil into the hot pot (don't pour too much), then stir-fry the ribs in the pot (put them on a low fire to avoid oil spillage), stir-fry until the ribs are golden, then pour the marinated soup into the pot, add a little water (you can add more if you want to keep the soup), add three tablespoons of white sugar (sugar must not be added less), and add a little salt to taste. At this time, after the water in the pot is boiled, simmer for 10 minutes.
Step five, take the pot. After simmering for 10 minutes, turn on the high fire to collect the juice, and then pour a little vinegar (about half a tablespoon if you are not sure) before cooking, and then you can cook.
