Garlic alone
4g
Sweet rice wine
50g
Accessories
Ginger
A little
Salt
A little
Tin foil
Two pieces
Steps
1. Wash the chicken legs and meat and dry them.
2. Make a few cuts on this side of the meat without cutting it off.
3. Ginger, garlic, and sweet fermented wine are set aside. (Home-brewed sweet wine)
4. Slice the green onions and chop the garlic into coarse pieces.
5. Marinate the chicken with a little salt first, then add ginger and sweet fermented rice wine, and use your hands to taste it.
6. Marinate for half an hour.
7. Have the tin foil ready.
8. Place the chicken on tin foil, and sprinkle garlic evenly on the chicken.
9. Wrap the meat with tin foil. Do not wrap it too tightly. Give the meat a certain amount of space and secure it around so that no juice leaks.
10. Move the meat to the steamer and steam over medium heat for forty minutes.
11. Wash the lettuce, soak it in cold boiling water, chop into fine pieces and set aside.
12. After steaming the meat, pour out the juice.
13. Wrap the bowl with tin foil, put the lettuce into the bowl, and pour in the soup.
14. Remove the bones from the meat and cut it into pieces and put it on a plate. (Do not throw away the ginger and garlic, it can be eaten)
15. A plate of steamed chicken with rich aroma and rich nutrition is enough.
Tips
Because of the sweet fermented rice, there is no need to add too much sauce. Can be made with whole chicken, chicken legs, and wings.
