Abalone stewed with pig's trotters
Ingredients?
10 abalones
1 fresh pig's trotters
Half salted pig's trotters
Cooking wine with green onions, white ginger slices
Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and rock sugar
How to make abalone stewed with pig's trotters?
1 :Clean abalone, remove shells and wash;
2: Boil fresh and salted pig's trotters together in boiling water to remove the foam, wash, drain and set aside;
3: Pot Put a little oil in it, add ten grains of rock sugar to melt into caramel color, add fresh salted pig's feet and stir-fry the sugar color;
4: Put abalone and add a little light soy sauce and cooking wine (more cooking wine will remove the smell) ), add ginger and green onion segments and continue to stir-fry;
5: When the color is almost done, add plenty of boiling water to the casserole and simmer for three hours. Or simmer it in a pressure cooker and turn it into a wok to reduce the juice.
