Air fryer hash browns
Crispy skin, soft inside, and then dipped in ketchup really great
Inputs: potatoes, ham sausage, cornstarch
Practice:
1. Cut potatoes into cubes, steam them and press them into a puree
2. Add the ham sausage, and the cornstarch, stirring well in order
3. Pinch out the round shape and press the lines with chopsticks, brush the front and back with oil and put it into the air fryer at 190 degrees for 20 minutes
