In junior high school, Jiang Xun fell in love with poetry, and his math exercise book was full of poetry. Poetry is the best sustenance of his lonely youth. It is his dream to become a writer to translate world literary masterpieces in a bookstore. He once wrote a romantic love novel, which was published in China Chinese. After entering high school, he continued to write poems and tried to write novels. During this period, I met two outstanding figures ── Chen Yingzhen and Yaxian, and encouraged him to write novels and new poems. Influenced by English teacher Chen Yingzhen (also a native writer in Taiwan Province), Bi Hui and modern literature. Dumb string introduced him to read many contemporary new poetry works and comments, which made him enter the hall of modern poetry. His poems have been published in Free Youth and Banana Wind, and he also won the first place in the province's high school novels with the first-person novel Lolo's Story. Unfortunately, I stopped writing poems after I entered the university. Although my horizons were broadened, my inner emotions were entangled in the prevailing existentialism at that time, as if I were carrying a heavy burden on my shoulders and could no longer be romantic. In the summer vacation of my freshman year, I dealt with the problems of life by writing novels, and completed the "Old Uncle's Animal Husbandry", which combined the romanticism of middle school with the existentialism of university. Published in Credit Information, the predecessor of China Times. In the same year, novels published in the supplement of United Daily News and I wish I had a boat were selected in Selected Novels of United Daily News for 30 Years and Selected Works of the World respectively. However, due to the praise of the writer Chu Ge and others, my interest in writing novels in the form of storytelling was suppressed. From then on, I stopped writing and wrote for more than ten years. 1980, Blind Date was published in Modern Literature again. It was not until 1988 that the first collection of short stories, Legend (Crown), was published. The best-selling novel Because of Loneliness (The Times) is a wonderful structure of 1992 that surprised the literary world.
Jiang Xun hasn't written a poem in college for four years. It was not until the summer of 1974 that he went to France to study the history of western art that he began to write poems because he was homesick. It is also because of traveling alone that homesickness seems to ferment after brewing, surging in my heart and unable to restrain it, so I bought a notebook and memorized the familiar poems in the past, such as the Book of Songs, Chu Ci, Yuefu, Tang Poetry and Song Ci. And these poems seem to be the root of homesickness. After writing a whole book, it seems that the heavy homesickness has been vomited out, and the depressed heart has relaxed. At the same time, I also picked up those long-forgotten poems and expressed my true feelings in the most free form. This habit of writing poetry was lost for seven or eight years and finally rediscovered. This is his first book ── Young China People (Visual). Later, in 1982, the second book of poetry, Mother (Far Away), was published and won the special prize recommended by China Times. Seven years later, he published a collection of poems, Affectionate Ying Xiao Wo, and was selected into the bestseller list and the United Daily News list. 1992 published a collection of poems, Long Road (Donghua).
Jiang Xun once said: "I have written novels and published two poems, but prose has always been my favorite literary form." But I also know that, in the final analysis, prose is not just a literary skill, but a model of feelings and tolerance. He believes that prose has almost always been the orthodoxy of China literature, and both poetry and novels must be developed on the basis of prose. 1984, Jiang Xun's first collection of essays, Meet by chance (Er Ya), was born and became an instant hit. The following year, it won ZTE Literature Award and China Times Prose Recommendation Award. 1983 is the harvest season of prose, and * * * published two collections of prose: Dadu Mountain (Er Ya) and Joy and Surprise (Lin Bai).
In the world of writing, Jiang Xun has a wide range of tentacles. He recited the passion and homesickness of young people with poems, expounded the graceful situation of life with prose, and made profound aesthetic reflection. He also used novels to deal with the mysterious and complicated heart of human nature, so as to always take care of the heart of society. Because I have been engaged in artistic work for many years, I show my concern for "people" from time to time in my works, and also show rich visual images, as if words replaced lines, and through the integration of art, I have produced an unparalleled deep and intimate aesthetic feeling.
As a child, Jiang Xun began to learn Chinese characters under the strict supervision of his father. The daily class includes three big characters and one small character; Often, in order to avoid being beaten, my father always chooses a few simple words such as "Shang", "Da", "Ren" and "Ji" to get away with it before work. However, after eating my mother's sumptuous dinner, it was another evening self-study, and the papers were re-paved and ground. My little hand was held by my father's strong and solid palm, and I listened to my father's breathing when he held the pen. Although the relationship between father and son is so close, writing calligraphy is still an arduous task in childhood. Twenty years later, Jiang Xun really approached calligraphy, and felt that frustration was a kind of life practice. Borrow Yan Zhenqing's imposing manner and turn to Wei Bei with vigorous brushwork. During the study, I also studied calligraphy art from Wangzhuang. Such a change, in France, has become a panacea for homesickness. Since then, calligraphy has become a belief in Jiang Xun's life, and I think it is a sense of shame for my impetuous and arrogant life in the previous stage.
In primary school, Jiang Xun liked to draw comic books on math books, and one masterpiece after another was the beginning of his love for painting. After junior high school, I took part in a painting class at the People's Service Station. The teacher who teaches landscape is Xiao Yiwei, a disciple of Xinyu Pu, but only teaches him to write and recite ancient Chinese. On the contrary, Mr. Chen, who teaches flowers, encouraged him to let go and draw rich peonies and magnificent cocks. Later, I interrupted the practice of Chinese painting because of a broken bone in a car accident, so I had to draw stars with my sister to send myself. When I was admitted to college, my family opposed giving up the art department, but I tried to enjoy reciting easels for art students. I didn't return to the art field until I entered graduate school. Influenced by the solemn teacher's life art-writing, drinking and reading calligraphy and painting in the house of external double happiness; Li Lincan and I were intoxicated with the art history of China. We walked on the Huagang with Master Xiaoyun to listen to the stream, learn about Buddhist art, and learn jade, bronze and pottery in the super classroom-the Forbidden City. The second time I studied painting, I followed Mr. Zhang Gunian with my good friend Song Shi. I only remember an upright and rigorous old man who laboriously demonstrated "horizontal and vertical" on paper.
In order to study the painting history of China, I turned to this old gentleman for help. Although the old man was not stubborn about the scenery of the old country and chose the beautiful scenery of Taiwan Province Province to paint, he still used the brushwork of mustard seed garden to cut the rocks of Alishan with a large number of axes. However, after careful observation by Jiang Xun, the trees in Alishan include subtropical, temperate and frigid mountains, so besides personal experience and theoretical verification, it is no longer boring to go back to the Forbidden City to see paintings, because every landscape can see its different styles, show its unique customs and tell history. This is Jiang Xun's unique view on painting. It is pointed out that Jiang Xun's aesthetic taste is ahead of readers, and his works will be valued until one day our society returns to its true nature. His "Where to Wake Up Tonight", "Meet by chance" and "Dadu Mountain" are all his own ink sketches. From simple lines, it is not difficult to see the characteristics of elegance and stupidity.
His artistic works include his graduation thesis "Research on Jianjiang", and he has published books such as Research on Qi Baishi (Lion), Art Notes (Lion), Meditation on Beauty (Lion) and Art History of young chinese (Donghua). 1987 "Scenery" exhibition was held with Xi Murong and Chu Ge. 1990 On his 42nd birthday, he held his first solo exhibition of ink painting in his life. He joined hands with Xiaoyu and Chen Shiqing every other year, and joined hands with his elder sister Jiang 'an two years later.
Jiang Xun once said: "I have a dream. I always feel that I am a tree. Its roots are in the soil, but its seeds have gone with the wind." He is a son of the earth attached to his hometown and a wanderer.
1972 10 went to study in Paris, and spent part of the following year watching three or four movies in the film library. At that time, my favorite directors were Chaplin, Kurosawa, Ferini and Visconti. /kloc-in the summer of 0/974, I hitchhiked around Spain, Italy, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Britain and Greece, took art notes and went home at the end of the year. 198 1 year, at the invitation of the International Writing Project (I.W.P) of the University of Iowa, I spent four months with writers from different parts of the world, including Ding Ling, Jun Xiao and Wu Zuxiang. At the end of the year, I revisited my old place ── Paris, Greece, etc. 1983, he went to Kyoto and Nara, Japan, looking for the remains of the Tang Dynasty. 1987, starting from this, he traveled around the world, created a series of "Books on the Road", and went to Singapore to meet with Li Zehou, a mainland aesthetician. Then I went to Bali, Indonesia, made an expedition to Brussels, revisited Paris, Amsterdam, Greece and other places, and took a boat trip to the islands of the Sea of Love, Evanescence, Istanbul and other ancient civilizations. In May, I set foot on the road back to my hometown for the first time-Xi 'an, visited Ganxian County and developed the ancient tomb area of Han and Tang Dynasties. 1Feb. 990 went to Guizhou and Guangxi to interview the information of Southwest Nuo Opera. And went to Beijing to visit Qian Zhongshu, Jiang Yang, Xia Yan, Bian, Bing Xin and other old writers. 199 1 February, 2008, I visited the beautiful gardens of Suzhou and the spring of Hangzhou West Lake with architect Huang Yonghong. In July, he and Xi Murong carried out the Long March outside Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar and South Gobi. 1July 1992, assisi, the ancient city of Siena,1July 1982, went to Paris and chartres.
Jiang Xun's travel experience in recent years is that travel is the best way to relax, and it is an excellent natural life course with education and fun, which gives him a broader creative space. Therefore, it is suggested that tourism should be included in the education system, so that young people can hone their world outlook and independent ability through "simple" tourism. Moreover, he believes that if you want to know the author deeply, you might as well go to the hometown where the author lives and experience how the author gave birth to immortal masterpieces.
Jiang Xun's childhood reading began with the natural influence of Danshui River, Keelung and its two sides, folk temple fairs and mother's storytelling. Reading is strict father's homework: Tang poetry and Song poetry, ancient literary criticism.
The place where he really came into contact with the pleasure of reading was the library of his childhood-Oriental Publishing House. He likes world famous books: Jane Eyre, Roaring Villa, Revenge of Kidu Mountain, War and Peace, and so on, which makes him immersed in the atmosphere of books. In high school, Chen Yingzhen, an English teacher, led them to watch A Stranger in English, introduced the works of Bai Xianyong and Huang Chunming, modern writers in Taiwan Province Province, and read many existential works: Faulkner, Kafka, Joyce and Woolf, all of which nourished his thirst for knowledge. After I went to college, I was more inclined to history and philosophy, and I also studied Buddhist scriptures at Xuanguang Temple in Stone Mountain.
Historical Records, a great masterpiece, can be read as aesthetics in Jiang Xun's view, because Taishi Gong does not judge heroes by success or failure, leaving a perfect image for every historical figure. For example, Xiang Yu and Liu Bang, who fought between Chu and Han, are not only two historical roles, but flesh and blood, with profound vitality. After reading it, they will have a feeling of moving. Therefore, it is considered to be a "classic" that really affects people's life. At that time, influenced by Historical Records, it changed from historiography to aesthetics. He believes that China's books have their own way to elevate personal life feelings to art.
"Broad and profound" is Jiang Xun's first suggestion for reading. First of all, we should "read widely" and read carefully in order to lay a solid foundation. "Literature is not necessarily just literature" is his second suggestion. According to his reading experience, even the medical book Compendium of Materia Medica has beautiful words that touch people's hearts and are worth reading. "Ubiquitous reading is the real reading" is his third suggestion. When he was in Paris, in order to be closer to Paris, he walked for two hours every day, always carrying a book of poems with him, so that when he stopped, he could read some poems by Porter, Bo Han, Malarme and Apollinaire, so that the poems could have a breathing space. The French are also in fountains with pigeons, Little Square and outdoor cafes, and wandering in the world of poetry.
The biggest feature of Jiang Xun's appearance is his big head and natural curly hair. He likes to wear simple and bright clothes and hang a backpack with paper, pens and books on his shoulder. When he walks, he often keeps his head down and says nothing, and he will hold his head high and sing with interest. The voice is overwhelming, but just like his poems, it gives people a youthful vitality. His classes are orderly, and timid students are in awe, but on weekends, his home is always full of laughter and laughter from teachers and students. He is a rare person with a good temper and a good heart. As his best friend Xi Song said, "What is hidden in Jiang Xun is the image of a teenager who can sing and cry." His loveliest virtue is sharing with others. He planted more than ten corn plants in the backyard of his cabin, so he invited his friends to enjoy the pastoral harvest. Even if you eat good fruit, don't forget to leave a picture to share with your friends, and sign "This is fruit"! Or take the cherry seeds I have eaten and draw a cherry sketch happily; Or the topic "Before eating three persimmons".
What is more commendable is that Mr. Jiang Xun's age is like a belief, and I spread my touch on beauty with a didactic mood. "
Jiang Xun is good at awakening imminent beauty and showing us bright eyes. Good at awakening plain beauty, let us hear the gorgeous singing like birds singing and weeping willows. Jiang Xun's years of efforts in literature and aesthetics can be regarded as the son of a filial friend of human culture and a humble and excellent narrator in terms of the vertical axis of time. As far as the horizontal axis of space is concerned, Jiang Xun is the product of romantic poetry and wine in this area, and he is a calm, elegant, intelligent and self-adaptive person.
Jiang Xun won the first prize in the Taiwan Province Novel Competition, the New Poetry Recommendation Award of China Times and the Luqin Wu Prize for Literature. Another feature of him is that he once made a radio program "Cultural Square", which was broadcast by Taiwan Province Police Radio Station, which was well received and won the Golden Bell Award of 1988. Jiang Xun believes that "even in big cities, we can still live a leisurely life. People should be comfortable and alone, not by the external environment, but by whether the perception of the soul is keen. "
Jiang Xun said, "I stopped classes at home a while ago, and learned to write on the computer and send the most beautiful pictures to my friends and students. They laughed at these pictures and drove away the anxiety originally caused by SARS. " A bright light in your heart can drive away the haze in the room. Jiang Xun hopes that everyone can start from their own aesthetic life and mental health, and make their life and the whole society better and better.
