Ingredients: 3 snake melons.
Accessories: 1 tablespoon oil, 8 grams salt, 2 grams MSG, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger.
Steps:
1. Material: Snake Melon.
2. Peel the snake melon, wash it, remove the seeds, and cut with a razor blade.
3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger.
4. Add snake melon and stir-fry.
5. Stir fry the snake gourd until it collapses. Add salt and MSG to taste.
