Long grapes generally refer to finger grapes, and there are three main varieties of them, Beauty Finger Grapes, Gold Finger Grapes and Sapphire Grapes. Finger grapes get their name from the long shape of their kernels. Goldfinger surface is yellowish-white, more mature in late July, has a strong resistance to cold. Beauty Finger is red at the apex and slightly lighter at the base, usually ripening in August-September. Sapphire surface blue-black, currently not widely planted.
