The average annual temperature in the producing area is about 15℃, the temperature in the bud germination period is 13-15℃, the temperature in the branch opening and leaf spreading period is 17℃, the temperature in the flowering and fruit setting period is 22-25℃, and the temperature in the fruit maturity period is 18-22℃. Jujube trees are drought-tolerant and waterlogged-tolerant, but higher air humidity is required in flowering period, otherwise it is not conducive to pollination and fruit setting. In addition, jujube has strong photophilia, is sensitive to light reaction, has strong adaptability to soil, and is barren and salt-tolerant.
