Steps
1. Pork, mung bean sprouts, cakes and garlic are ready.
2. Blanch mung bean sprouts in hot water.
3. Cut the cake into 1-centimeter-wide strips, and chop the ginger and garlic.
4. Pork cut into julienne strips, put in cornstarch and scratch well.
5. Put oil in the pot, put ginger, garlic minced burst incense.
6. Add shredded pork and stir-fry.
7. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

10. Boil over high heat.
