1. For those with local redness, swelling, erosion and excessive exudation, wash them with 3 grams of Mahilan, or 1 grams of raw skin nitrate, 2 grams of Rhizoma Atractylodis and 2 grams of Cortex Phellodendri, and then wet compress them with 3-4% boric acid solution after washing.

2. For those with swelling and insufficient exudation, they can be externally applied with Pulian Ointment, Fluhydrocortisone Ointment and eczema cream.
