1. It's best to choose a uniform and slender radish. My neighbor gave me this, and it's not symmetrical? , wash and control the surface moisture.
2. Put the radish on the chopping block, cut off the head and tail, and then cut it evenly. It is best to cut each radish strip with skin according to the cutting method in my picture, so that the taste will be more crisp and chewy, and one end should not be cut off for drying.
3. Sprinkle salted radish strips with salt and mix well (if you like it salty, put more salt), and marinate in the shade for five or six hours, turning it up and down at intervals to ensure that each radish strip is marinated evenly.
4. After five or six hours, the radish will pickle a lot of water, pour out the water, dry the radish strips by hand, and then dry them in the air.
5. If the sun is fine, it will be about two days, and it will be almost dry as in the picture. Then tear the radish strips together, soak them in clear water for ten minutes, rinse them several times to remove the dust on the surface, squeeze them dry and spread them out to dry for about one hour, and the surface water will be gone.
6. Add one or two spoonfuls of sugar (according to your own preferences), a proper amount of spiced powder and Chili noodles, mix well, bottle and refrigerate, and eat a special meal that is crisp and fragrant!
