When freezing, we can't just use ordinary fresh-keeping bags, but use tin paper bags that are relatively moisture-proof and moisture-proof, so that the moisture in the refrigerator is not easy to penetrate into the sea cucumber, which will ensure the dryness and taste of the sea cucumber.
Step 3 save time
The frozen storage time will be longer, usually about half a year. Of course, if you want to feel its taste as soon as possible, you should eat it a little earlier.
Second, cold storage
If you put it in the refrigerator for cold storage, we can usually pour a proper amount of water into the refrigerator, then control the temperature at about 0 to 5 degrees, and then put the sea cucumber into the water for cold storage. In this case, the taste of sea cucumber can be well guaranteed, and it is generally not a problem to store it for 5 days and 8 days.
