Hollow cabbage

Millet chili
How to make bok choy fried with crispy pork ?
Soak bok choy in salted water for ten minutes, wash and cut into pieces ~ use only the stalks of the hollow cabbage, you can keep the leaves if you like.
Heat the oil in a pan, add millet chili and stir fry.
Pour in the bok choy, smother for three minutes.
Slice the crispy pork, add to the smothered bok choy and simmer for a minute. Add salt to taste, out of the pot~
