1 green bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, straw mushrooms, garlic
Methods
1. Soak the straw mushrooms in fresh water or lye water for a while, and drain. Cut in half and set aside (more soaking helps to remove pesticide residues on straw mushrooms).
2. Wash green, red and yellow bell peppers, remove seeds and cut into two-centimeter cubes, and slice garlic.
3. Straw mushrooms are blanched again in boiling water for two to three minutes.
4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry a few slices of garlic, then add the straw mushrooms and stir-fry until the mushrooms change color, then add the colored peppers.
5. Stir-fry for a minute or two more and add salt and chicken essence.
Tips
Because the straw mushrooms contain a lot of vitamin C, so the cooking time should not be too long, so as not to destroy the nutrients, and the colored pepper.
