Homemade chili sauce
Ingredients
Green pepper, spicy millet, garlic, ginger, white sesame, oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce
p>Method
1 Prepare a handful of green peppers and millet, chop them into pieces and set aside. Chop a piece of garlic and a small piece of ginger and set aside.
2 Heat the pan and put an appropriate amount of oil, you can add more oil. Add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until slightly golden brown. Add chili and stir-fry.
3 Add one and a half spoonfuls of salt, one spoonful of sugar, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, stir-fry until flavourful, and finally sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
All-Purpose Garlic Chili Sauce
Ingredients Preparation: One pound of garlic, half a pound of spicy millet,
A small piece of ginger, 100g of tempeh
1. Peel the garlic, wash it and let it dry. Wash and dry the spicy millet.
2. Use a food processor to grind the garlic, ginger, spicy millet and tempeh into pieces.
3. Put it in a pot Add oil, reduce heat to low, add minced garlic and ginger, cook for two or three minutes, add black bean sauce, cook for another two or three minutes, add spicy millet
4 Add seasonings: salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence , white sugar, white wine, stir well
5 Cook the whole process for five or six minutes
