Hot and Sour Soup
Method
1. Heat the oil in the pot and stir-fry the chopped green onion until fragrant, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry to get the juice
2. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and a little vinegar, stir-fry evenly, then add water and bring to a boil
3. Add enoki mushrooms, ham, dried shrimps, fungus, fat tofu and bring to a boil
4 .Add 1 spoon of vinegar and a little sesame oil and stir evenly
5. Add water starch and stir evenly, then pour in the egg liquid
6. Finally, sprinkle with coriander and it is ready to serve
