Winter antler soup.
One pound of winter melon and 20 quail eggs. Chives, pepper, and sesame oil.
Method: 1. Grate the winter melon with a grater, boil the quail eggs and peel them for later use. 2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the winter melon puree and quail eggs to the boil. Add salt, minced green onions, pepper, sesame oil, and finally thicken the sauce.
A great drink to relieve the heat in summer, light and refreshing.
