2 tomatoes, sweet corn 1 each, lettuce 1 each, carrot 1 each, half an onion, celery 1 each, a little pepper and salt, and a proper amount of vegetable oil.
Exercise:
1. Peel lettuce, wash tomatoes, carrots, onions and lettuce, and cut them into hob blocks with the same size; Cut sweet corn into rings, wash celery and cut into sections;
2. Pour a little oil into the soup pot, add onion pieces and half tomato pieces, stir-fry on low heat 1 min until the tomato juice is soft;
3. Pour enough water into the soup pot, add carrots, lettuce, bamboo shoots and sweet corn after the fire is boiled, then boil over medium heat, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes;
4. Add celery and the remaining tomato pieces, continue to cook 1 min, and finally add salt and pepper to taste.
