2. Production steps:
1. First, roll the bean paste into Yuanxiao-sized balls, pat them with cornstarch and set aside;
2. Take egg whites and make about 3 egg whites. About 10 egg whites are placed in an oil-free and water-free stainless steel bucket. Use a whisk or chopsticks to beat continuously until the egg whites are like snowflakes. The chopsticks can be inserted into the bowl to prevent the egg whites from falling, or the egg whites can be held upside down to prevent them from falling. Then add a small amount. of cornstarch and mix well to form an egg paste;
3. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 30% hot. Use chopsticks to pinch the bean paste into the egg white and stir it quickly clockwise. Gently put it into the oil pan. Continuously pour oil and fry until it turns light brown. Drain the oil and sprinkle a little marshmallow on it.
