The raw materials of shredded potato and shredded pork are: potato, tenderloin, green pepper, green garlic, onion, ginger, peanut oil, soy sauce, starch, salt, vinegar and monosodium glutamate. Peel and shred potatoes, rinse with clear water, shred tenderloin, shred green pepper, shred onion and ginger, add starch and soy sauce to shredded pork and mix well.

Ingredients: peeled and shredded potato, shredded green and red pepper, shredded lean meat 200g, onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, oil, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine, raw powder and oyster sauce. Add a little salt to shredded pork, cornstarch, soy sauce, cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes. Blanch the shredded potatoes until they are cooked to 70%, then drain them and set aside. Heat oil from the pan, pour the marinated shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry. Stir-fry until the color changes, and serve.
