1. Ingredients: 1 Boston lobster weighing about 1 pound, 2 small abalones, about 15 white clams, 3 mushrooms, a cup of rice, a handful of celery, a piece of ginger, and a spoonful of oil.
2. Peel the lobster, remove the gills, take out the shrimp yellow and fry it, and chop the shrimp meat into small pieces.
3. Slice the mushrooms, cook the abalone and dice it, boil the white clams and cut them in half, mince the celery and set aside.
4. Stir-fry lobster yellow and mushroom slices with minced ginger.
5. Stir-fry diced abalone, lobster meat, and white clam meat.
