Steps
1. Remove fish roe from the fish oil, clean it well and reserve it for use.
2. Wash and chop green and red bell peppers, slice ginger.
3. Non-stick pan into the vegetable oil, oil heat into the pepper ginger slices stir-fried incense and pick out the pepper and ginger slices.
