8 bamboo shrimps (large size)
Appropriate amount of white wine
1500 grams of coarse salt
How to make salt-baked shrimp?
First clean the shrimp and put it in a container, pour in high-strength white wine and marinate for 30-40 minutes, then use kitchen paper to absorb the water on the shrimp.
Fry the salt over high heat. When the pot is red, pour in the coarse salt and stir-fry until it reaches a higher temperature.
