Soak the flap in hot water for five to eight minutes, then take it out and put it in cold water.
Drain the soaked skin flap and put it in a bowl. Add olive oil and stir well.
Add salt, starch, soy sauce and cooking wine to the shredded pork, stir well and marinate for five minutes.
Heat the pan, add half of garlic powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
Pour in the marinated shredded pork and stir fry. Stir-fry the shredded pork evenly, then add the soy sauce and stir-fry.
Stir well, add water starch, and finally add chopped coriander.
Finally, add salt and pepper, stir well and set aside.
Put the soaked pad on the bottom of the plate, and put the fried shredded pork on it.
Add the remaining half of garlic powder, add chopped coriander and stir well when eating.
