There is no saying that Hakkas and Chaoshan people can't get along. I am a Hakka myself. I work in Heyuan and have a group of friends in Chaoshan area. Personally, the friends in Chaoshan area feel that there are many advantages worth learning, such as caring for the family, being smart in business, being honest, not afraid of hardship and fatigue, having strong social skills, being loyal to friends and being friends in social circles.
