Fresh blueberries can be soaked in wine.

preparation materials: fresh blueberries, grain wine, white sugar, sealed cans, kitchen paper, pots and pans.

1. Wash the blueberries with salted water.

2. Take out the washed blueberries and drain them in a basin sieve.

3. Wipe off the remaining moisture of the drained blueberries with kitchen paper and put them in the plate.

4. Take a sealed jar and pour in clean and waterless blueberries.

5. Spread a proper amount of sugar on the blueberry.

6. Pour white wine into the container with blueberries and sugar.

7. After all the materials are placed, seal the jar and wait for the blueberry wine to ferment.

Note:

(1) The ratio of blueberry, white wine and crystal sugar is 1: 1: .5.

(2) The sealed wine-soaking tank should be disinfected and washed, and it should be clean and free of water.
