Penaeus orientalis (also known as China Penaeus, China Fenneropenaeus and Penaeus monodon) is a kind of shrimp belonging to Arthropoda, mollusca, Decapoda, Penaeidae and Penaeus. Penaeus is a large individual, commonly known as prawn. After a large number of commercial aquaculture, the output of shrimp is increasing rapidly. The cooking methods of the whole prawn include braising, frying and sweet roasting.
Penaeus belongs to Arthropoda, Branchial Subdivision, Crustacea, soft armor Subdivision, Decapoda, Swimming Subdivision, Penaeidae and Penaeus. Penaeus China is one of the main species of Penaeus, commonly known as "Penaeus". The body of prawn is long and slightly flat, hermaphroditic, and the adult female shrimp is larger than the male shrimp, and the body color is also different. The female prawns in China are gray-blue, while the male prawns are yellow. Shrimp is covered with a chitin exoskeleton, which is secreted by epidermal cells below it.
