1. Pomelo Take grapefruit skin and try not to have white parts.
2. Wash the grapefruit skin with salt and wash off the wax on the surface. Rinse the rubbed grapefruit skin clean.
3. Remove the white part of the cleaned grapefruit skin as much as possible and cut it into 0.5 cm wide silk. Put the cut grapefruit peel into a large bowl and soak in two small bowls. Put the soaked shredded grapefruit into a boiling water pot, and add a glass of water and rock sugar.
4. Put the cooking pot on the fire, bring it to a boil, and cook it on low heat until the grapefruit skin is transparent, the water is dry and the sugar juice is sticky. Turn off the fire, let it cool a little, add sugar and stir it evenly with chopsticks, and then put it into a sealed fresh-keeping box after thorough cooling.
