Ingredients
1000g Huang Laitou, 200g garlic, 100g dried peppers
Steps to make fried mushrooms
1. Choose a variety. Today’s choice is Huang Laitou (a type of boletus);
2. Cut off the mud from the roots and clean them;
3. Drain the water;
4. Cut into slices of consistent thickness;
5. Slice the garlic;
6. Heat Add oil to the pan and sauté the dried peppers and garlic slices until fragrant;
