1. Soak Agrocybe aegerita in warm water for about 20 minutes, and then rinse.
2. Cook the duck, take it out and let it cool, then put it in the pot with Agrocybe aegerita, ginger slices and medlar, and add some warm water to start the soup. Stew for about 3 hours will be more fragrant.
3. Simmer on low heat and season with salt.
