Exercise:
1. Shred lean meat, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of corn starch, a little salt and chopped black pepper and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Stir-fry garlic cloves and shredded pork, add sauerkraut and stir-fry until fragrant, and add appropriate amount of boiling water and a spoonful of sugar to boil.
3. Add noodles and chopped green onion and cook together! !
