Steps
1.Wet noodle threads.
2. I used dried noodle threads and chicken heart cabbage.
3. Blanch the noodle threads in boiling water, only soak the threads for a minute or two in boiling water.
4. Pour off the water and drain the noodle threads.
5. Cut cabbage into small strips.
6. Heat the oil in a hot pan and sauté the cabbage.
7. Stir fry the cabbage, the noodle line is salty, so, when you stir fry the cabbage, you can not put salt.
8. Pour in the drained noodle threads.
9. Stir-fry evenly and use chopsticks to break up the noodles.
10. Stir fry evenly, it is much worse. However, the drier the noodles are fried, the better they taste.
