The reason for doing this is because your waist will be unconscious when you sit like this. Relax and straighten naturally without lowering your head. Lower back pain may be relieved by sitting like this for a long time. This is the method I personally tested because I also need to sit for long periods of time and often suffer from back pain.
Belt support
2. Back pain may be caused by cold. You can buy belt support online (note: it is best not to buy support belts). How many belt support are there online? First, it is recommended to buy something that is purely waist-protecting like a length of sweater. It will be more comfortable and can be tied up when sleeping at night. It is suitable for people who like to kick the quilt at night.
People with low back pain often do this exercise
1. Use the sofa or bed as the fulcrum, get into a push-up position, and don’t move yet.
2. Different from normal push-ups, the waist needs to be pressed down deeper. In layman's terms, it means that the belly is kept pushed forward.
