Steps
1. Cut the cucumber into julienne strips and marinate it with salt and white vinegar.
2. Mince garlic and millet pepper, add sesame oil, salt, white vinegar and soy sauce and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a wok and pour it over the seasoning when it smokes.
4. Pour off the excess water from the pickled cucumbers and pour the seasoning on top.
Tips
Dripping the hot oil over the garlic will bring out the flavor of the garlic without masking the spiciness of the garlic itself.
