I'm from Sichuan. I used to use Shamai Chicken Essence in my hometown. When I came out to work, I rarely saw it sold here, and Taile was more famous. Most of them could only use Taile, but personally I think Shamai Chicken Essence is more delicious! In the past, it was really delicious to cook sauerkraut soup with some samai chicken essence! You can't cook that taste with too much music now! And many times cooking is not much different from not putting too much music!
