Practice:
1. Fresh hairy beans. Cut off the ends of the pods.
2. Wash the hairy beans, put in a spoonful of coarse salt and scrub vigorously for a while, it can help remove the hairs on the pods.
3, after grabbing the salt and leave it for 15-30 minutes.
4. Boil water, pour in the salted beans and start cooking.
5, timed 8 minutes. (If you like harder beans, cook for 7 minutes. Like to eat a little rotten, cook 10-11 minutes. Our family usually cooks for 8 minutes.)
6, the cooked wool beans quickly fish out, into the ice water chilled 1-2 minutes.
7, fish out the hairy beans, drain and plate. Sprinkle a little table salt, and you can start eating.
