1. Cut the mandarin fish in two sides to make it delicious.
2. Shred ginger and cut onion.
3, 2/3 of the onion ginger is put on the fish noodles, and13 of the onion ginger is hit in the fish belly.
In that small bowl, mix the sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, steamed fish oil and salad oil evenly.
5. When you arrive, pour the sauce on the fish noodles and put it in the steamer. It doesn't matter whether the water in the pot boils or not.
6. Steam in a steamer 15 minutes.
