Second, blueberry yam mud
1, peeled yam, cut into pieces, and steamed in the pan 15 minutes. Add 1 spoon of honey to the steamed yam, then mash it with a spoon and put it into a paper bag.
2. Squeeze out the shape you want on the plate and pour it with blueberry sauce. When it's done, put it aside and wait for it to be served.
Third, rich bloom
1, you can use the 15 minutes of steaming yam to shred the vegetables needed to mix cold dishes, stack the dried tofu and cut it with a flower knife.
2. Roll up shredded vegetables with dried tofu, fix them with toothpicks and put them on a plate for later use.
