650g of glutinous rice, 200g of pitted red dates, 200g of boiled water, and 0/30g of rock sugar/kloc.
step
1. First, wash the glutinous rice, pour it into a big bowl, then pour in about 1cm more water than the glutinous rice, and soak it for one night. The steamed glutinous rice tastes better;
2. The next day, put it directly on the steamer, steam it for about 45 minutes on medium heat after SAIC, then take a small bowl, add rock sugar, and pour it into boiling water to melt. If it doesn't melt, it can melt with a little heating;
3. After steaming the glutinous rice, take it out and stir it evenly with the melted sugar water. Find a square container (which can be steamed) and wet the drawer cloth at the bottom;
4, spread a layer of glutinous rice and a layer of jujube (although I like to add others), compact and spread, you can spread more layers, cover the drawer cloth, steam in the pot, steam for 35 minutes after SAIC;
5. After steaming, compact it to make it chewy, press it for about 2 hours, completely cool it and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration;
6. After taking it out, take out the drawer cloth and cut it into pieces. Dip some water in the knife every time you cut it, so that it won't stick to the knife. Chio can wrap it up and take it away later.
