Ingredients: chicken wings, cola, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, onion and ginger, pepper and oil.
Exercise:
1. Clean the chicken wings, and make three cuts on the back to make the chicken wings more tasty and ready for use.
2. Cut onions and ginger slices.
3. Put chicken wings, onion and ginger slices into a container, add a little soy sauce, cooking wine and salt, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
4. Cut a little onion and ginger.
5. Put oil in the pot, put some pepper particles when it is 6 minutes hot, stir-fry until it smells fragrant, turn off the fire, remove the pepper particles and throw them away.
6. Fire again, stir-fry shredded chives and shredded ginger in oil, then put them into the marinated chicken wings in the container and stir-fry until the chicken wings change color, which will be a little wet during the stir-frying. This is a normal phenomenon. You can put coke when the water is dry.
7. Pour the coke into the pot, not the chicken wings. Pour the coke on the side of the pot, so it won't foam easily.
8. Bring the coke to a boil and start stewing on low heat. Check the situation frequently.
9. When the coke is almost dry, switch to a big fire, stir fry constantly, thicken the coke juice and wrap it with chicken wings. Be sure to master the heat, don't burn the pot!
