Tools/raw materials: octopus, shredded onion, shredded ginger, millet pepper, parsley, seafood soy sauce. Method/Step: Wash octopus. Boil the water in the pot, boil the octopus for one minute, then take it out, let it cool and drain. Mix a sauce, add shredded onion, shredded ginger, millet pepper, coriander and seafood soy sauce, and pour in hot oil and stir well. Cooked octopus can be eaten with dipping sauce.
