150g mango pulp
150g light cream (blue windmill)
Condensed milk (can be replaced with powdered sugar or white sugar) 20g
How to make mango ice cream (super simple method)?
Cut the mango into pieces and put it in a plastic bag, pour in whipping cream, tie the bag and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator, freeze for 1 hour above.
Put the frozen mango and whipped cream into a blender or a chef's machine. I use a Thermomix blender. Add condensed milk or powdered sugar and beat on high speed for 3 minutes. If it's not smooth enough, beat for another 2 minutes. You can eat it immediately after beating it, which is a bit like ice slushie. You can also put it in a crisper box and put it in the freezer. You can enjoy it anytime and anywhere. It tastes even better when you add some fresh fruit to eat it together!
