Under normal circumstances, those who have no adverse reactions after minor surgery can eat after surgery; The operator under local anesthesia, if there is no discomfort after the operation, can arrange diet according to the condition; Those who undergo major surgery under general anesthesia or hemianesthesia should wait for 3-4 days after waking up, and then start eating a small amount without gastrointestinal adverse reactions. After the operation, if the patient tries to eat for1~ 2 days, if there is no discomfort, he can gradually increase his food intake and transition to a normal diet.
Usually, the diet in the first stage after operation is mainly clean food, and patients can eat rice soup, lotus root starch, fruit juice, deoiled broth, egg drop soup, etc. After1~ 2 days, with the stability of the disease, the patient's diet can enter the second stage, eating liquids such as milk, soybean milk, yogurt, steamed egg soup and almond tea; If the patient has no adverse reaction after eating liquid, the diet can enter the third stage, eating Longxu Noodles's egg flower, egg congee, wonton, bread, cake, vegetable paste, liver paste, etc. After 5 ~ 6 days, the patient's diet can enter the fourth stage, eating soft rice, soft dishes made of meat, steamed bread and so on. In a word, the patients' diet after operation should be based on the principle of "high calorie, high protein, high vitamin content, low fat and easy digestion". In particular, vitamins are not easy to get from food, and can be supplemented with drugs when necessary.
Dietary taboos after operation
1.contraindication of any food intake. After major operations on the digestive tract and abdomen, the intestinal tract is in a state of low function and fasting is required. 2-3 days after the operation, if the anus is vented, it indicates that the intestinal function begins to recover, and a small amount of liquid diet can be given at this time. After 5-6 days, it can be changed to a semi-liquid diet with less residue. During this period, the liquid should be light and nutritious, and it should be taken warm to avoid bringing coarse food residue into the liquid. When switching to a semi-liquid diet with less residue, avoid soups with chicken, ham and various vegetables. Even if these foods are badly cooked, they must wait until 10 days after the operation.
2. Avoid greasy food Even on the first 10 day after surgery, when the body can bear soft meals, it is not allowed to eat greasy food too early.
3. After two weeks of hair-avoiding surgery, although the recovery is very good and the stitches have been removed, the body's resistance is still very weak during this time, and the danger of inflammation still exists, so hair must be taboo.
Digestive tract and abdominal surgery includes esophagus, stomach, intestine, liver, gallbladder and other operations, but some minor operations, such as appendicitis surgery, only need to fast for one day after the operation, and liquid food can be given the next day, liquid food on the third and a half days, and soft rice on the fifth day; Anorectal surgery should be fasted for 2-3 days, and then given clean liquid and semi-liquid with little residue. Limit foods containing crude fiber in the diet, such as celery, Chinese cabbage, coriander, garlic sprout, leek, Chinese toon, winter bamboo shoot, bamboo shoot, pineapple, etc., to reduce the frequency of defecation and the friction of undigested crude fiber on the wound; Oral and throat surgery, fasting within 6 hours after surgery, fasting hot fluids within 1-2 days, mainly cold fluids.
I don't know whether the person undergoing the operation is a man or a woman, and what kind of operation is it. This also affects what soup to make.
I recommend some soups for you:
1, Shenqi Jujube Raw Fish Soup
[Ingredients] One raw fish (about 300g), Ginseng 15g Astragalus membranaceus, 30g and 5 red dates.
[Practice] Scales, gills and internal organs of raw fish are removed, washed and cut into small pieces for later use.
Ginseng Radix, Radix Astragali, and Fructus Jujubae, respectively, are cleaned after removing the core.
Put the medicine together with the raw fish in a stew, add appropriate amount of water, cover the stew, stew for 2 hours with slow fire, and season.
[Method of eating] Remove the dregs and take soup, and drink soup to eat raw fish, once a day, for 5-7 consecutive days as a course of treatment.
[Efficacy] Supplementing qi and nourishing blood, tonifying deficiency and promoting granulation.
Indications: After various cancer operations, both qi and blood are deficient, and the wound is difficult to heal. The symptoms are emaciation, dizziness, shortness of breath, laziness, mental fatigue, palpitation and insomnia, and the wound is difficult to heal.
[Description] Raw fish is flat in nature, sweet in taste, enters the liver and kidney meridians, and has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney, nourishing yin and nourishing blood.
[Fish Fish said] (Er, I stole the so-and-so saying in Materia Medica ...) It is said that raw fish can raise wounds because of growth hormone, so the smaller the better. However, what I can buy in the vegetable market is more than half a catty. If I cut it into small pieces, there is not much, and there is no smell. It is better to put less water. In order to improve the taste, lean meat is usually added (pork tendon is enough, and I like this one recently ... as long as lean meat without fat and oil is enough, pork tendon is more delicious). In fact, it doesn't need to be boiled for hours like old fire soup. Just cook the herbs first, then throw the fish and meat down and cook them-I'm always worried that those growth hormones will be boiled off if they are cooked for too long (well, forgive me for not having any scientific basis).
Codonopsis pilosula can be used without ginseng. Of course, ginseng is more tonic. Astragalus membranaceus, red dates and so on, just like what I told you last time. Anyway, these things are mild and can be put in a little when they come and go, so I suggest you buy about half a catty of everything and eat it slowly (in fact, they are not enough for a month, and I have bought them many times). Jujube must be pitted, because it is not good to be hot and dry when it is pitted-this is what menstruation and my mother said. Don't put ginger, Jiang Ye is a hot thing, but it is not good for the wound-fish soup without Jiang Ye won't smell fishy, because these herbs can already taste. My mother said that this soup is actually not very nutritious, but it is really good for the wound. Just after the operation, I must insist on eating it for a while-when I see it in our market, I will ask, "Do you want raw fish?" .
Oh, our old man said that we should avoid eating spicy food (our family didn't eat Chili originally, so even ginger and garlic were saved), and we couldn't even eat soy sauce, otherwise the wound would precipitate pigment, which is not good-I don't know if there is any basis. Anyway, menstruation refused to eat it, and now I am very satisfied with the statement of the knife mark. Just keep it as light as possible. I think many patients in the hospital can eat a normal diet within a few days after the operation, so don't worry. As for soup, you'd better stick to the pot-it is said that doing an operation like this is more exhausting than giving birth to a child. Even menstruation stayed at home for a whole month before leaving the door, so I do this and that under her command every day ... (I'm the only idle person at home who doesn't boss me around) Don't let your mother take heavy things, which is not good for the wound. It is said that it will take half a year before she can do a little strenuous exercise.
2, Dangshen wolfberry old pigeon soup
[Ingredients] Codonopsis pilosula 30g Lycium barbarum 15g old pigeon 1 200g lean pork and 6 red dates.
[Practice] The old pigeon was dissected, eviscerated and washed; Wash the lean pork and cut it into thick pieces; Remove the core and wash the red dates for later use.
Put the ingredients together in a sand pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over strong fire, and simmer for 3 hours for seasoning.
[How to eat] Take soup from the dregs, and drink soup to eat old pigeons, lean pork and red dates, one material a day.
[Efficacy] Tonifying spleen and nourishing yin, benefiting the mind and calming the mind.
Indications: weakness of body and essence and blood of spleen and stomach. Symptoms include dizziness, palpitation, insomnia, mental fatigue, reddish tongue and thin white fur.
[Fish Fish said] It occurred to me after reading this recipe that I have cooked this kind of thing twice, but I think the whole pigeon is still so small. I am afraid of this kind of thing. I don't have to chop it up, but I put it down and cook it. But for my dear menstruation, I've done a lot of cold-blooded killers-although I stood by and watched pigeons kill me, I'm still a little bit of that ... I added some Polygonatum odoratum and dried lily when I cooked the pot, which was delicious-in order not to waste, I picked up a lot of soup dregs to eat, and the result was also very round (bitter ~).
Pigeons are very good, just warm them up. The newspaper says that Lycium barbarum has been dyed a lot recently, so you must read it clearly-soak it in water. Of course, the faded ones are dyed. In fact, look at the top of that medlar. The beige color is normal. If dyeing will make it all red, don't buy it. Bad wolfberry soup will be sour ...
If you don't have a casserole, use a pressure cooker. After the fire boils, turn it to a low heat for ten to twenty minutes, then you can turn off the fire and let the pressure in it simmer slowly. When you can open the lid, you can boil it for seasoning (I usually cook soup like this to save gas, and it feels no worse than a casserole). Otherwise, it's better to throw it into the stew pot, which is time-consuming. It's better to cook it a few hours in advance-I always carried a stew pot when I went to the hospital at that time, and the heat preservation effect was good.
This soup is really quite good. According to my observation in the hospital for half a month, many aunts who have problems such as uterine fibroids will have "physical weakness and spleen and stomach weakness." The symptoms are dizziness, palpitation, insomnia, mental fatigue, reddish tongue and thin white fur. Because of the tumor, the nutrition in the body will be sucked away, so you must make it up.
3, longan meat lotus lychee pigeon soup
[Ingredients] longan meat 25g lotus seeds 25g wolfberry fruit 50g dried lychee 8 red dates 4 squab 1 lean pig 150g dried tangerine peel 1 tablet.
[Practice] Young pigeons are killed, eviscerated and washed; Clean lean meat and cut into pieces; Wash longan pulp, lotus seeds, medlar, dried litchi (core removed) and red dates (core removed) with clear water, soak dried tangerine peel, and remove white for later use.
All the materials are put into the sand pot, and appropriate amount of boiling water is added. After boiling with strong fire, it is boiled with slow fire for 3 hours to season.
[How to eat] Drink soup and eat longan meat, lotus seeds, medlar, red dates and dried litchi, one material a day.
[Efficacy] Tonifying liver and kidney, invigorating spleen and appetizing.
Indications: weakness or physical weakness after illness, hypomnesis, poor diet, dizziness, listlessness and other symptoms.
[Fish said] This soup is not much different from the one above. Longan meat (which is called dried longan in some places and round meat in our country) has a special sweetness, and the soup is particularly fragrant. I bought 2 taels yesterday, and the aunt who sells dry goods said that it was better, 3 and a half taels. It was really good to stew the extra thick meat-I suggest you try it before buying it. Dried lychee is a little "hot" than longan meat, or it is more tonic. If you have it, you can add it. If you don't, forget it (I found that patients after surgery, like parturients, can stand "hot" supplements very well, because they are too weak). As for lotus seeds, I think the red ones are more delicious, especially recently it was said that many white lotus seeds are bleached, so be careful not to buy white ones (so are tremella).
Chenpi is an old orange peel. If not, orange peel is ok, and soup has a special flavor. The skin of citrus fruits has the function of "ventilation". The doctor asked me to cook some orange peel water for her to drink just after the operation in menstruation. Later, I cooked a very thin rice congee with fresh dried tangerine peel, and I asked for the porridge water (just after the first day of the operation, I can't eat solid things, and I have to "ventilate"-eating it and farting means that the operation is quite successful). This porridge water can't be stained with oil, because I haven't eaten anything before the operation, and my stomach is very weak, so I can't get in touch with greasy things so quickly-I don't know, but I added a spoonful of peanut oil according to my usual habit of cooking porridge, and later I had to cook it again-I ate n oranges that day for the orange peel ... (Fortunately, it's still authentic Hongjiang orange, which is very delicious). Dried tangerine peel is going to be white, and the white part is bitter ~ (Hey, digress ...) I bought all these medicinal materials in the market where dry goods are sold, which feels cheaper than the freshness of pharmacies, but there are many such shops in Guangzhou, which I don't know in other places.
4, Euryale ferox lotus seed pork tripe soup
[Ingredients] Pork tripe 1 30g lotus seeds with gordon euryales/30g red dates 10 yam 30g
[Practice] Turn the pork belly over and rub it clean, put it in a boiling water pot for 5 minutes, and then take it out and wash it; Euryale ferox, lotus seeds and red dates (core removed) are put into the pig's belly together.
Put the pork belly in a sand pot, add some water, boil it with strong fire, and then cook it with slow fire for 2 hours to season.
[How to eat] Drink soup and eat pork belly, Euryale ferox, lotus seeds and red dates, one material a day.
[Efficacy] Strengthen the spleen and stomach, benefit the heart and kidney, and replenish deficiency.
Indications: Spleen and stomach weakness. Symptoms include decreased diet and prolonged diarrhea; Upset and thirsty, palpitation and insomnia; Or frequent urination due to kidney deficiency, nocturia, etc. It is also used for gastric and duodenal ulcers of spleen and stomach weakness type.
[Fish Fish said] After this time, my level of washing pork bellies has been greatly improved-because menstruation likes this soup best, and the stewed pork bellies are good for dinner. So I'd like to show my experience here-choose a thick pork belly, and you can pinch it when you buy it. Generally, it weighs two kilograms faster (it's more expensive during the New Year, and it costs about 30 yuan for one). When you buy it, the butcher turns the pork belly over for you to see-I don't think anyone will, and there are almost a lot of dirty things in it, which are disgusting and heavy-robbing money ~ ~ ~. When you get home, rinse the pork belly with clean water first, then turn it over after washing the outside (it's a little nauseous, but I like eating pig intestines and the like best, and it's easy to cook). After washing, fish it out (not much water is enough anyway), mix a lot of raw flour and salt, and I'll add some peanut oil. Rub it until you feel clean-remember to rub it on both sides, even that one. It seems that the connecting place is called "pylorus", and the corresponding "cardia" is not connected with that thing-alas, I'm confused again-but it takes a complete pork belly to have these things, including two pieces of meat near that intestine and sandwiched next to the pork belly-it's a sphincter, isn't it? Doubt ing…… ...). It's not over yet. It's very troublesome to say that this is the first step-it takes me more than half an hour to wash the pork belly quickly (it was so cold in Guangzhou during the Spring Festival this year ...). Wash it clean after rubbing, boil a pot of water, turn off the fire, and then throw the pork belly into the hot spring. In a few minutes, wait for the pork belly to be "soaked" until it is half-cooked, then pick it up and rinse it with cold water-you don't have to rinse it if it's not too hot. After washing the cold water, take a knife and scrape the dirty place on the pork belly, that is, some yellow old skins (it seems that some pork bellies are more, some are not) and so on, which can't be washed off. The white skin on that thick intestine comes down when it is torn by hand-I menstruation insisted that I get rid of that layer, otherwise it would be said to be a bit smelly (anyway, there are four layers of pork bellies muscle tissue, and this layer is torn thin). By the way, this layer is really thin, and the muscles below it are also white. Don't even tear that, the next layer is red). This kind of pork belly can be used to make soup ~
I am a lazy person, so I just cut the processed pork belly into small pieces and throw them in the pot with the medicinal materials. The more troublesome way is as this recipe teaches, don't cut it, cook the whole pork belly, and then fish it up and cut it into pieces (for the sake of hygiene, throw the cut pork belly into the soup and boil it again). Raw pork belly is slippery and difficult to cut, but it will be easier to cut drops after soaking in hot springs ~
The yam, Gordon Euryale and other medicinal materials mentioned here are all dry goods. If they are fresh goods, I will make a special note-for example, fresh yam should at least have a lot more weight than dry goods. Pork tripe soup and pepper are an excellent match, but they are a little exciting, so don't give them to patients. I recommend a small handful of fresh ginkgo (10 to 20 capsules, which is said to be toxic), peeled and washed, and it's best to smash it gently (it's easier to cook thoroughly, I like to cook rotten ginkgo). After cooking with the pork belly, just open the lid and put the cut yuba down to cook. Yuba is easy to rot, so put it later. You can soak it in water and cut it, or you can cut it with a kitchen knife. Ginkgo is a urine collector, which is very effective for those who have a lot of nocturia or are inconvenient to find a toilet when going out ~ (I have read some Chinese medicine books before, and eating fried ginkgo has the same effect. ) Pork tripe is very good for the stomach, so it complements the shape. Especially in menstruation, my stomach and kidneys are not very good, so I eat this more.
5. Pork tripe Huangqi Qizi Decoction
[Ingredients] Pork tripe 1 Radix Astragali 100g Lycium barbarum 30g rock sugar.
[Practice] Wash the pork belly and set aside.
Astragalus membranaceus is wrapped in a cloth bag, put into a sand pot with Lycium barbarum, crystal sugar and pork belly, add appropriate amount of water, boil it with strong fire first, and then stew it with slow fire until the belly is rotten.
[How to eat] Drink soup to eat pork tripe, and eat it with meals for two days, with 3-5 ingredients in succession, and then take it intermittently.
[Efficacy] Supplementing qi to preserve health, invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach
Indications: asthenia. The symptoms are mental weakness, fatigue of limbs, weakness of muscles and bones, chest tightness, anorexia, loose stool, pale face, shortness of breath, low voice, uterine prolapse, gastroptosis and so on.
[Fish Fish said] Actually, it's similar to the prescription above. It's just that these medicinal materials have been exchanged. It doesn't matter if there are more or less. However, I think lotus seeds have a strong taste and are a little strong with astragalus, so it's better not to put them in the same soup.
6, Astragalus Hericium erinaceus chicken soup
[Ingredients] Astragalus 30g Hericium erinaceus 120g chicken 1 wolfberry fruit 30g ginger 3 slices.
Kill the chicken, gut it, wash it and cut it into pieces. Add ginger and chicken pieces to the oil pan and saute until fragrant. Set aside.
Wash Astragalus membranaceus and Lycium barbarum separately with water, put them in a sand pot together with chicken, add appropriate amount of boiling water, and simmer for 2 hours to remove Astragalus membranaceus.
Wash Hericium erinaceus, slice it, put it in chicken soup and simmer for half an hour to taste.
[How to eat] Drink soup and eat chicken and Hericium erinaceus, one material a day.
[Efficacy] tonify spleen and qi, resist tumor and help digestion.
Indications: weakness of spleen and stomach, dyspepsia, sallow complexion, anorexia, or indigestion, fatigue, emaciation, shortness of breath, lazy speech, pale tongue, white fur and weak pulse.
[Description] Hericium erinaceus is flat in nature and sweet in taste. It enters the spleen and stomach meridians, and has the functions of invigorating spleen and nourishing qi and helping digestion. Used to treat spleen and stomach weakness, diet loss, indigestion, or physical fatigue. Nowadays, it is also used for digestive tract tumors such as esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and intestinal cancer.
[Fish Fish said] Hericium erinaceus is as good as Ganoderma lucidum, but it is good for tumors, cancers and so on. I haven't tried this recipe. It is estimated that Hericium erinaceus here refers to fresh goods, and the quantity is relatively large-I haven't seen some in the vegetable market. Dried Hericium erinaceus had better cut everything before cooking soup. I don't know why the cooked Hericium erinaceus feels a little "firewood", like chewing wood chips, which I don't like very much. Generally, I don't eat it. Anyway, the taste is cooked. Once, an uncle of Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences sent some Hericium erinaceus (dried products) cultivated by themselves to my home. The small grains are very rich in flavor. Hericium erinaceus seen in peacetime looks very different, and the soup tastes extremely good. The worst thing is that it can be cooked very soft and slippery-unfortunately, it has not been sold. It is said that because of the low output, it has been exported (what world ~ ~ ~ all good things are exported? ! People's Sunkist is the worst to export to China. We always give the good ones to others and keep the bad ones for ourselves-it makes me depressed when I mention this. The Hongjiang orange I mentioned before is a typical example: Hongjiang Farm exports all the best oranges, and it's already great to buy them here, but it's still second-class goods-I ate a gift from a farm leader's uncle, and it's almost qualitatively different, which makes me a little reluctant to eat ...
Ginger may be used here to get rid of the fishy smell of chicken, but patients should not eat ginger, and it is too greasy after being fried with oil. My practice is to wash the chicken pieces, boil a pot of boiling water, throw the chicken in, pick up the chicken pieces after the water boils again, and rinse them with cold water. This way, blood foam can be avoided when cooking soup, and the "fishy smell" of chicken can be avoided. Then use the processed chicken nuggets and herbs to cook directly (the Hericium erinaceus of this recipe is put later, probably because it is fresh, and dry goods can be mixed with other herbs, and the longer it is cooked, the more delicious it will be).
The chicken itself has a lot of oil, so there is no need to refuel at all (the pigeons mentioned before can also be treated like this, and I even cook pork bone soup like this, and I can also clean up the broken bones by the way). Chickens had better not buy feed chickens, because they don't know how many hormones they have taken (my parents resolutely refuse to eat those "suit chickens", saying that they don't taste like chicken, and the meat is too soft, etc.-have you seen The Birth of a Suit Chicken? Is this name forgotten? Anyway, it's disgusting. After reading it for a long time, I dare not eat chicken-but sometimes I buy it back and try to make them not find it. Well, otherwise it's a serious education). Why don't I buy live chicken and ask people to kill it-I'm at least one meter away from that chicken, and I'm afraid of this live hairy and flying animal (presumably I was chased by my neighbor's cockfighting when I was a child) What I bought the most was a two-catty chicken, and the black-bone chicken was also good, which was enough to make up.
7. Lycium barbarum and pork liver soup
[Materials] Lycium barbarum 30g Huaishan 30g Pig liver 100g
[Practice] Wash the pig liver and cut it into small pieces for later use.
Wash Fructus Lycii and Rhizoma Dioscoreae, fry until Rhizoma Dioscoreae is rotten, cook in pork liver, and season.
[How to eat] Drink soup and eat pork liver, medlar and yam, one material a day.
[Efficacy] Nourishing blood, nourishing liver and improving eyesight.
[Indications] Diabetes. Symptoms include emaciation, thirst and thirst, mental fatigue, and less urine. It can also be used to treat nephrotic syndrome.
[Fish Fish said] My first reaction when I saw diabetes was "Dae Jang Geum"-I'm sorry, the first time I chased a soap opera so selflessly, I went home to buy a disc and watched it almost all night. I watched it for a week, and it was 8 hours faster every day (harder than going to work) before I finally finished cooking it. Actually, I don't know what diabetes is, but it's true that pig liver nourishes blood. Does the liver correspond to the eyes? I don't know. I hope txs, who knows some common sense of traditional Chinese medicine, can guide me.
If the yam here is dry, it is best to soak it for an hour or two before it is easy to fry. I often buy fresh yam soup, and my mother says it's good to get rid of dampness and drink it in spring. It tastes much better than dry goods.
In addition, I recommend an eye-catching soup-Lycium barbarum leaf pork liver soup-which I cooked last night when I was lazy. Er, we call this kind of instant soup "rolling soup", which is obviously different from the old fire soup. If pork liver is delicious, it must be tender and smooth-cut into large thin pieces (easy to test knife work, I am constantly practicing ing), and mix it with some oil, raw flour and salt, which is considered to be pickled. Boil a pot of water, add oil, and add Lycium barbarum leaves. When the Lycium barbarum leaves are cooked and the pickled pork liver goes down, immediately turn off the fire and cook the pork liver with the heat of boiling soup-this is smooth, and because you are afraid of being unfamiliar, you should cut it as thin as possible. I usually add some lean meat when I cook it, and it's also cut into thin pieces and marinated together-it's not thin enough and then I pat it with a kitchen knife, so it's almost transparent if it's violent. Txs has been in front of the computer for a long time, so it is good to drink this soup more. It is mainly used for "liver and blood deficiency, vision loss, dry eyes and pain, night blindness" and so on.
8. Beiqi Qizi Perch Soup
[Ingredients] Perch 1 piece (about 500g) Astragalus membranaceus 60g Lycium barbarum 30g cooking wine, ginger, onion, refined salt and monosodium glutamate.
[Practice] The perch was washed, cut into pieces and put into a big bowl for later use.
Wash the medicine, put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, ginger slices, chopped green onion, refined salt and appropriate amount of water, then heat it in water and add monosodium glutamate for seasoning.
[How to eat] Drink soup and eat bass and medlar, one material a day.
[Efficacy] tonify the spleen and stomach, reduce swelling and promote granulation.
Indications: Deficiency of spleen and stomach leads to anorexia, loose stool, swelling of floating limbs, and long-term unhealed wounds.
[Fish Fish said] I chose this prescription because it can treat long-term unhealed wounds, which should be very helpful for wound healing. This practice is a bit like soup, but it is stewed-it is also very convenient to stew in a pressure cooker. If you are interested, I'll sort out the stew-I think we should stick to the stew. I've been lazy for a few years, and I'm afraid of being too cold in winter (I think the key to the problem is that Guangzhou has been particularly cold in recent years), and my mother keeps saying that she will make it up for me. When I was a child, I ate a lot with my mother, and I barely knew how to do it. Just after menstruation's operation, I started to stew often again.
But I think it's better not to use ginger, onion and cooking wine. Astragalus and Lycium barbarum are enough to remove the fishy smell of fish. In addition, I seriously despise the behavior of adding monosodium glutamate to the soup ... (Can I still drink the soup with monosodium glutamate? I'm sure I'll laugh to death! ) I only put some chicken powder when I am lazy in "boiling soup" (it used to be chicken essence, but my father later thought that chicken powder was more expensive than chicken essence, and chicken ingredients might be a little more, so I insisted on using chicken powder instead. I, menstruation, always said that I would be thirsty if I drank soup with monosodium glutamate ... I don't know if there is any basis-isn't it the same principle that Japanese always add firewood and kelp to soup? In order to sweeten the soup, I sometimes put two candied dates and carrots.
9. Wuji Buxue Decoction
[Materials] Black-bone chicken 1 Angelica sinensis 10g Radix Rehmanniae Preparata 10g Radix Paeoniae Alba 10g Cortex Lycii 10g.
[Practice] Black-bone chicken is killed or hanged, hair and viscera are removed, meat is removed, and it is washed for later use.
Wash the medicine, then put it into the washed chicken belly, sew the abdominal incision with thread, put it into a casserole, add some water, boil it with strong fire, then simmer it with slow fire, and after the chicken is cooked, remove the residue for eating.
[How to eat] Drink soup and eat chicken, one material a day.
[Efficacy] Tonifying qi and blood.
Indications: Qi and blood deficiency. Symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, dry mouth and throat, weakness and qi deficiency, red tongue and little moss.
[Fish said] The last one, after posting, it's over ... It's tiring to type one by one ~ (besides, I was laughed at for the typing method of "mantis boxing" ...)
I would never dare to do such a horrible thing. Just copy this recipe for your reference. It feels professional-so many herbs should be the representative of dietotherapy.
Angelica sinensis is also often used to make soup, such as fish head (it must be bighead fish, that is, the head of bighead carp-I'm talking nonsense again, but I haven't seen any other fish head that is fatter than it-of course, my lack of knowledge is the key. Other river fish heads don't have that big fat paste, only a little cheek meat can be eaten ~ marine fish are not in the same level, so there is no comparison.) When you put a small piece in the soup, it has a very special aroma-I think this recipe uses 10g a little too much. Once I put three small pieces in a large pot of fish soup, it was definitely less than 10g, and I ended up. I quickly cooked white radish to give her a fire ... That is to say, many times if the soup that is too tonic can't stand it (especially ginseng), the simplest solution is to eat white radish to get rid of it (alas ~ ~ ~ what a waste ~ ~), so what soup to drink depends on your physical condition, and you should pay attention to the season and a lot of things ... I think everyone has a row of study, and the mothers of several classmates simply have it.
