Cale can be eaten raw. The various ways to eat cabbage are as follows:
1. Blanch: Wash the cabbage, remove the thick skin from the tail, and then cut into large pieces. After boiling hot water in a pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, add the washed cabbage to the boiling water and blanch until it changes color, then remove it. After the oil pan is hot, add an appropriate amount of minced garlic and drained cabbage, stir-fry evenly, season and serve.
2. Cabbage Salad: Rinse the cabbage, remove the hard skin from the roots, cut it into two with a knife, then add salt water and boil for one minute, then remove and drain in cold water. Cut the prepared ingredients into slices, the cucumber, and the tomatoes in half. Mix the cabbage, cucumber slices, and tomatoes into a plate, pour in an appropriate amount of salad dressing and reduce it by half before serving.
3. Cold cabbage: Wash the cabbage and cut it in half. Wash the green beans and set aside. Add green beans and cabbage to salt water and boil for 3 minutes, then remove from the cold water. This can ensure their green appearance. After draining the water, add the kale and green beans to a plate. Add salt, minced garlic, some olive oil and pepper. Stir evenly and serve.
